All bats used in HABA League or Tournaments must meet the following standards:


Current Bat Rules

1. 5u may use "tee ball bats"
2. In ages 6U-12U, bats with the BPF 1.15 stamp or USA Stamp (on the transition area between the barrel and handle) are legal, regardless of weight and composition. (no tee ball bats)
   
3. Bats cannot have the word "softball" anywhere on the bat.
4. In 13-15U bats must either be a -5  USA Baseball , BPF 1.15  bat OR a BBCOR  stamped bat (BESR -3 bats are not legal). 
5. In 16-18U bats must be a BBCOR stamped bat (BESR -3 bats are not legal). 
   

Baseballs:

1. 5U-6U use Level 5 baseballs
2. 7U and up use standard baseballs
