Any team wishing to make use of the baseball fields located at Lindsay/Lyons park must...

1. Print and fill out the form for the Field assigned to your specified age group.  This form must be signed by a member of the HABA board.  You can get a copy of the form for your respective age group below

2. Pay the field rental fee as described in the Rental Agreement.  An outline of the fees can be found below.
   1. 6U - Fees to lease the fields for the 2019-2020 season (which begins August 1, 2019 and ends July 31, 2020) will be as follows
      1. $1,000 due on or before August 15, 2019to cover the period from August 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 
      2. $1,000 due on or before January 1, 2020 to cover the period from January 1, 2020 - July 31, 2020
      3. all fees must be paid before teams will be allowed to use the game fields at Lindsay/Lyons or the practice facility
   2. 7U-8U - Fees to lease the fields for the 2019-2020 season (which begins August 1, 2019 and ends July 31, 2020) will be as follows 
      1. $1,400 due on or before August 15, 2019 to cover the period from August 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020 
      2. $1,600 due on or before January 15, 2020 to cover the period from January 1, 2020 - July 31, 2020
         1. except if a team chooses to rent the fields for the period from January 1, 2019 - July 31, 2019 and notifies HABA prior to December 1, 2018, the rental fee for such period will be $1,400 payable by December 1, 2019. This option is only for teams who rent in the fall.
      3. all fees must be paid before teams will be allowed to use the game fields at Lindsay/Lyons or the practice facility.
   3. 9U-14U - Fees to lease the fields for the 2019-2020 season (which begins August 1, 2019 and ends July 31, 2020) will be as follows
      1. $1,600 due on or before August 15, 2019 to cover the period from August 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019
      2. $1,800 due on or before January 15, 2019 to cover the period from January 1, 2020 - July 31, 2020
         1. except if a team chooses to rent the fields for the period from January 1, 2020 - July 31, 2020 and notifies HABA prior to December 1, 2019, the rental fee for such period will be $1,600 payable by December 1, 2019.  This option is only for teams who rent in the fall.

3. Provide proof of insurance and name Humble Atascocita Baseball Association, Harris County Precinct 4 and Waste Management as additional insureds. 
   1. When teams register with either Nations or USSSA, you are, in general, purchasing insurance at that time. The insurance company should not charge teams to name additional insureds. 
   2. Each team and their individual members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Humble Atascocita Baseball Association, Harris County Precinct 4 and Waste Management from any liability for any, theft, harm or injury whatsoever.
